I went through my vet’s, and found it was all very simple to deal with at a time where everything felt difficult. We chose the sleeping cat ornament, paid and had our boy back within a week. His ashes within the ornament came in a lovely bag, with a certificate to tell us when he was cremated, and the person who carried out the cremation. It all felt really well presented and respectful. It gave us confidence that our boy was treated with care and dignity. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.

Our girl, Ruby passed in the early hours of the 4th of November and when they opened I gave them a call and explained what to do. They were incredibly patient while I cried and cried but they were so kind. When we dropped her off, they took her from the car and I was worried we'd see her in a cold room but instead we got a beautiful, warm and serene set up where we were given plenty of time to say goodbye to our gorgeus lady. Couldn't be more welcoming, couldn't be more kind and couldn't be more accommodating to possibly the worst event of my life so far. The only problem that day was that Ruby passed, I can't say anything bad at all and would recommend this place to rest their fluffy loved ones.

Association of Private Pet Cemeteries and Crematoria

Our membership with the APPCC (Association of Private Pet Cemeteries and Crematoria) means that we guarantee the individual cremation of your pet and this gives you peace of mind that the ashes returned to you are your pet entirely. We welcome any visitors to the crematorium and our team are on hand to answer any questions you may have. The standards that we set are very important to us and we are fully licensed and frequently inspected by the regulatory authorities and Animal Health.

Our crematorium in Falkirk is conveniently located five minutes from the M8 motorway. You can travel directly from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Fife, Stirlingshire, and Perthshire, within 1 hr making us very accessible. We do also offer a home collection service, please contact us to find out more.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. From our initial phone call, up to taking our beloved Betty to them (much later on in the day than we had anticipated, due to delays with the vet), they were caring, sympathetic and helpful. The set up and viewing room was fantastic and helped us say our unexpected goodbye to our old girl.
