 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We found central pet cremation when we lost our beloved cat, Pepper. Our Pepper died in our arms at home, we contacted our vets who said they would take care of things. The next day, I contacted the vets, who then said that they wouldn’t give us any paw prints or fur. They said they found fleas on her. All we wanted was a paw print to remember her by. The vets said cause she had fleas, we couldn’t have any memories. She was our pet for 16 years. I couldn’t cope with that. I then contacted central pet cremations who said that they wouldn’t give us take her no matter what and allow us to make our memories.
I collected our pepper from the vets, took her to central pet cremations who allowed me to spend those last moments with her and take the paw prints that.meant so much to us. We got her ashes the nexts day. I can’t thank you enough for treating our family pet the way she deserved.

We’d like to thank the team at Central Pet Cremations for treating our much loved Poppy cat with the love and dignity she deserved. Even though she was 19, she was still very healthy and mobile so her death came as a massive shock to us all. The care shown towards our family is massively appreciated. After being put to sleep on the Sunday night at the emergency vet’s in Glasgow, we were so relieved when my wife received the call on the Monday morning letting us know Poppy had made it safely to Central Pet Cremations. Karen listened to my wife crying all the way through the phone call and was extremely warm and compassionate  throughout. We picked up her ashes on the Wednesday afternoon and when Karen remembered every detail from that initial phone call we were so impressed, from our kids names to remembering we also have a German shepherd dog at home. Just a massive thank you from our family, in the most excruciating circumstances, we’ve received probably the best customer service we’ve ever had.

Loosing our beautiful American bulldog Diva, was one of saddest moments we’ve had as a family, we have used central pet cremations before when we lost our wee chihuahua so knew Diva was in the best hands, Wendy was just lovely from the first phone call, to dropping Diva off and having my chance to say goodbye in such a lovely wee peaceful room, giving me time to ourselves and just being there when it was time to leave, we had Divas ashes back in 48 hours, a lovely family run business that make the saddest times that wee bit easier xx

After losing a beautiful boy we brought him here to the pet chapel of rest where we laid him for his final resting place. It was a surreal experience and we felt so at peace and were shown so much empathy from Karen, she was fantastic and a true credit to this business.  We knew we were leaving our boy with the best person we could wish for and we knew he would be given the dignity he deserved. Karen had patience and time and understanding and gave us all the time we needed and we had our boys ashes back within 48 hours.  We went here with our hearts torn in two and we were able to talk to someone who completely understood. We wanted our boy home as soon as possible and thanks to the same day individual cremation service we had him home by the afternoon. The atmosphere is calm and the professionalism is of the highest standard. From the first phone call we felt our boy would be looked after like if he was with family.

Our membership with the APPCC (Association of Private Pet Cemeteries and Crematoria) means that we guarantee the individual cremation of your pet and this gives you peace of mind that the ashes returned to you are your pet entirely. Our crematorium in Falkirk is conveniently located five minutes from the M8 motorway. You can travel directly from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Fife, Stirlingshire, and Perthshire, within 1 hr making us very accessible. We do also offer a home collection service, please contact us to find out more.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. From our initial phone call, up to taking our beloved Betty to them (much later on in the day than we had anticipated, due to delays with the vet), they were caring, sympathetic and helpful. The set up and viewing room was fantastic and helped us say our unexpected goodbye to our old girl.
